Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

Contact forms
When you use our contact form, WTF Japan’s admin team will receive an email with your name, email address, subject and message. This information is held for as short a period of time as possible, primarily in order to manage or respond to specific information or requests. Following this, we delete any copies we hold on record.
To assist with sending you requested information, we use Contact Form 7 and Flamingo to collect and store your name, email address, subject and message. Cookies and Web Beacons
